Had back to back trips today! After running around this morning in a panic after first spot was a bust and couldnt handle the wind in the 2nd area or get on the fish. 
I finally abandon all that and went and fished something i felt comfortable with and knew me and my clients would enjoy and be protected from the wind. 
Found the crappie in one spawning cove sitting around the grass line and towards the middle of the pocket in 2 to 3ft of water. 
Watching slip corks sink under the surface in any direction we threw them was a blast!
